How it works

    You're under a sink, up a tree, or on another call. Your missed calls forward to CopperDesk and it picks up. You keep your own number. Use it for missed calls, after hours, and overflow, or run it 24/7 if you want. It can handle up to 10 calls at once.

  2. 2. CopperDesk handles the caller.

    It answers as your business. It asks what the job is, the address, when they want it done, the caller's name, and the best number to reach them. It answers common questions using your business's own info, then tells the caller someone will reach out shortly. For emergencies, it can give the 911 line and ring several of your people at once.

  3. 3. You get the details and lock in the job.

    A summary of the call lands in your email right away, with a text alert too if you want one. You call back and confirm the job, so a person always has the final say. If you use a CRM, we can push the details straight into it. Every call is recorded, and you can see call logs, transcripts, and recordings on your dashboard.

FAQ

Is this an answering service?

It does the same job: it picks up when you can't, takes down the details, and passes them to you. But it's an AI voice agent, not a room of operators reading a script. It asks the questions your business needs answered, and you pay for minutes used, not per-call fees.

What if I already have a receptionist?

Keep them. CopperDesk picks up when they can't: lunch, after hours, weekends, or when two lines ring at once. You set when it steps in.

Will it give callers prices?

Only if you want it to, and only as ranges you give us. The final price is always set by you, on site.

Will callers know it's not a person?

It sounds natural. If someone asks, it tells them the truth: it's your business's AI assistant, and it offers a callback from your team.

How fast can I start?

About a week. You fill out a short intake form, we build your agent from that and your website, and we run about 100 test calls. Then you test it yourself, and we walk you through turning on call forwarding. We keep watching your calls for the first month or two and fix anything that's off.
